Terms & Conditions

1. Access and Use of Services

1.1 License Grant

GTA Beds P.C. ("GTA Beds") grants authorized partners ("Client") a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use its online platform, including any B2B portal, XML/API connectivity, booking engine, or other distribution systems, for the purpose of purchasing and distributing travel-related services, including but not limited to accommodation, transfers, tours, activities, flights, and travel packages ("Travel Services").

1.2 Authorized Use

The Client may use the platform solely for its legitimate business purposes and for the sale of Travel Services to its customers. Resale, sublicensing, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, duplication, or use by third parties without written authorization from GTA Beds is prohibited.

1.3 Client Obligations

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and transparent information to customers.
Clearly communicate inclusions and exclusions of booked services.
Explain cancellation, amendment, refund, and no-show policies.
Disclose applicable taxes, tourism fees, resort fees, and local charges payable by travelers.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing travel sales and consumer protection.

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing Policy

All rates displayed through GTA Beds systems are net rates unless otherwise stated. Local taxes, city taxes, tourism taxes, environmental fees, and similar charges imposed by local authorities may not be included and remain payable by the traveler where applicable.

2.2 Confidentiality of Rates

All rates, commissions, markups, contracts, and commercial information supplied by GTA Beds are confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

2.3 Payment Terms

All bookings are subject to prepayment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Booking values may be deducted automatically from the Client's wallet balance.
The Client must maintain sufficient funds to cover bookings.
GTA Beds may cancel bookings if payment requirements are not met.

2.4 Payment Responsibility

The Client is responsible for all payment obligations and shall ensure payments are received in full without deductions for banking fees, transfer charges, exchange costs, or taxes.

2.5 Credit Facilities

GTA Beds may, at its sole discretion, provide a credit facility, deposit arrangement, or guarantee-based payment structure. Such facilities may be amended, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.

3. Bookings, Cancellations and Amendments

3.1 Supplier Terms

All bookings are subject to the specific conditions imposed by the respective travel supplier, including hotels, airlines, transfer providers, tour operators, and destination service providers.

3.2 Client Responsibility

The Client is responsible for reviewing and complying with all applicable supplier conditions before confirming a booking.

3.3 Liability for Changes

The Client shall bear all costs, penalties, and charges arising from modifications, cancellations, no-shows, or customer errors.

4. Term and Termination

4.1 Term

This Agreement shall commence on 06.02.2026 and shall remain in effect for a period of three (3) years unless terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms.

4.2 Renewal

The Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year periods unless either Party provides written notice of non-renewal at least thirty (30) days before expiration.

4.3 Termination for Cause

Either Party may terminate this Agreement immediately if the other Party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy such breach within thirty (30) days after receiving written notice.

4.4 Termination for Convenience

GTA Beds may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing thirty (30) days written notice.

5. Force Majeure

GTA Beds shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, pandemics, labor disputes, supplier failures, utility outages, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, or transportation interruptions.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

6.1 Confidentiality

Each Party agrees to keep confidential all commercial, operational, financial, technical, and proprietary information received from the other Party.

6.2 Data Protection Compliance

Both Parties shall comply with applicable data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and all relevant Greek data protection laws.

6.3 Security Measures

GTA Beds implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures, including:

Secure encrypted communications (SSL/TLS)
Access controls and authentication procedures
Secure payment processing systems
Regular monitoring and security reviews

6.4 Data Retention

Personal data shall be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual obligations, legal requirements, dispute resolution purposes, and legitimate business interests.

6.5 Survival of Confidentiality

Confidentiality obligations shall survive termination of this Agreement for a period of two (2) years.

7. Payments, Refunds and Fraud Prevention

7.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payments may be accepted through bank transfer, credit card, virtual card, wallet balance, or other approved methods.

7.2 Refund Policy

Eligible refunds shall be processed according to the applicable supplier terms and may be credited to the Client account, wallet, or original payment method.

Refunds shall not apply where:

Services are non-refundable.
Airline tickets have been issued and used.
Travel services have been consumed.
Supplier policies exclude refunds.

7.3 Fraud Prevention

GTA Beds reserves the right to suspend, reject, investigate, or cancel any transaction suspected of fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, money laundering, or security violations.

7.4 Account Reconciliation

Any discrepancy in statements or transactions must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Supplier Responsibility

GTA Beds acts as an intermediary between suppliers and the Client. Travel services are provided by independent suppliers.

8.2 Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTA Beds shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, or goodwill.

8.3 Maximum Liability

GTA Beds' aggregate liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the booking giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

9.1 Amicable Resolution

The Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations.

9.2 Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Greece.

9.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece).

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms and any related agreements constitute the entire understanding between the Parties.

10.2 Amendments

Any amendment must be made in writing and authorized by both Parties.

10.3 Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

10.4 Notices

Official notices shall be sent by email or registered mail to the addresses designated by each Party.

10.5 Language

The English-language version shall prevail in the event of any translation discrepancy.
